You’re invited to add your guild’s name to our list of 2013 sponsors. Become a sponsor of the Pacific West Quilt Show and receive the benefit of promoting your guild and its activities!
The 2013 Pacific West Quilt Show, to be presented by the Association of Pacific West Quilters (APWQ) August 23-25 at the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center, Tacoma, Washington, is one of North America’s premier regional quilt shows. The show is the principle activity of the 501 (c)(3) non-profit Association as it continues to provide this impressive venue and competition for quilters across the region.
Here are the suggested levels for contributions:
Diamond Guild Sponsor: $500
Emerald Guild Sponsor: $101 - $499
Ruby Guild Sponsor: $100
Sapphire Guild Sponsor: $50 - $99
All 2013 Guild Sponsors will receive the following:
Recognition in the APWQ monthly e-newsletter (distribution of over 4,000) with a live link to your guild’s web site. If your guild sponsors a quilt show, we’ll list that for you as well.
- Listing on the APWQ web site with a live link to your guild’s web site. The listing will include a brief description of your guild and its activities that you’ll supply.
- Acknowledgement in the 2013 Pacific West Quilt Show Program.
For those guilds willing and able to contribute $500 or more, there is an option for those guilds to sell raffle tickets for their opportunity quilt. No additional volunteering is required to sell tickets but we hope your guild members will personally volunteer at the show.
