Vendor Invitation and Application: The Association of Pacific West Quilters (APWQ) invites you to submit your application to participate as a vendor at the 2013 Pacific West Quilt Show.
Venue: Exhibition Hall A & B, Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center, Tacoma, WA 2013 Schedule: Thursday, August 22: Vendor Move-In, Workshops Friday, August 23: Show and Vendor Mall open Saturday, August 24: Show and Vendor Mall open Sunday, August 25: Show and Vendor Mall open, Vendor move-out
SELECTION: APWQ will select participants for the vendor mall based on a mix of merchants and products. A balance of product and a controlled number of vendors offers all participants a chance to enjoy a successful show. 2012 accepted vendors will not need to reapply for 2013 unless your product line changed by more than 40%. Participation in the 2013 show does not guarantee inclusion in future shows. BOOTH AVAILABILITY: Various booth sizes will be available with sizes ranging from 10' x 10' to 10' x 40'. Sponsors will receive first choice of premium booth selection, including end caps and corner booths.
