Certified American Quilter’s Society appraisers Eileen Trestain, Ann Bodle-Nash and Beverly Dunivent, will be available on-site to examine and appraise your old and new quilted textiles, including quilts hanging in the show. Appraisals will be conducted from 12-4 pm Friday, and 10 am-4 pm Saturday and Sunday. The charge is $50 per quilt for an in-depth written appraisal and $20 for a verbal evaluation which includes the age of the quilt, quilt care and storage information (no dollar value will be given). Quilt Restoration

Quilt conservator Anne Dawson will be available on-site to discuss restoration and conservation possibilities for quilts in need of tender loving care. Anne has been a quiltmaker since 1972 and has been restoring quilts professionally for more than 20 years. Oral evaluations will be conducted 12-4 pm Friday, and 10 am-4 pm Saturday. Limit three per customer. Walk-ins welcome but appointments will take precedence. The charge is $25 per quilt for an in-depth oral evaluation.
